Printing a Customer ShipTo List

To print a list of all customer ship to addresses

1. Press Enter in the Customer Mask field; a Select An Option window will appear.

2. Select PRINT LIST.

3. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

To print a list of customer ship to addresses for a single customer

1. Enter the customer ID or customer mask in the Customer Mask field.

2. A Select An Alternative Address window will appear; select PRINT LIST.

3. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The following information will display when printing a Customer Ship To List:

• Mask – The customer maskA mask is used to conduct a wild card search. Visually a mask is represented by a series of forward slash marks (///), sometimes with a letter, letters, or number preceding it (1/////// or AB////). For example, if you enter AB//// this indicates that you want to list all customer defined in the system whose names begin with AB. or customer ID code for the ship-to address
• ID – The ID associated with the customer ship-to information
• Name – The customer name
• Contact/Address – The customer contact and ship-to address, phone number, and email address
• Type - X = Regular (saved and reusable), F = Free form (enter as needed).
